Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to remove your personal data from Cloud Gemini Electronics, including data we may have
received when you signed in with Facebook. We comply with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012)
and Facebook’s Platform Terms.
Option 1 — Remove our app from your Facebook account (Facebook Login users)
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
- In the left sidebar select Apps and Websites.
- Find Cloud Gemini Electronics in the list of active apps.
- Click Remove, then tick “Delete all activity” and confirm.
Removing the app revokes our access to your Facebook profile. To also delete the data already stored on our
servers, please continue with Option 2 or Option 3 below.
Option 2 — Disconnect from your Cloud Gemini profile
- Sign in at cloudgeminiph.com/login.
- Open your profile page.
- Click Disconnect Facebook in the “Linked accounts” section.
This unlinks your Facebook ID from your account but keeps your purchase history intact.
Option 3 — Request full deletion of your account and personal data
To erase your Cloud Gemini account and all associated personal data, please send us a request:
- Email privacy@cloudgeminiph.com
from the email address registered to your account.
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include your full name, registered email, and (if you used Facebook Login) the Facebook display name on your account.
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within
30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices and order receipts
retained for tax/BIR purposes for up to 10 years). Where we must retain such records, the data will be
restricted from active use and access will be limited to authorized personnel only.
What gets deleted
- Your account credentials (email, hashed password, mobile number).
- Your saved shipping addresses and profile details.
- The Facebook user ID, name, email, and profile picture URL we received via Facebook Login.
- Marketing preferences and analytics identifiers tied to your account.
What may be retained
- Order and invoice records required by Philippine tax law (BIR).
- Anonymized or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you.
- Records necessary to comply with a legal obligation, court order, or to defend legal claims.
